Our pack of 2x 1000L Reconditioned IBC Tanks with Plastic/Combi Pallets come with a bottom outlet/tap.
Most commonly they come with an S6x60 male thread. You are able to screw a female adaptor onto these to use various fittings from a pour spout, hose pipe adapter to MDPE compression fittings to allow easy transfer of contents.

Delivery
Delivery is 2 - 3 working days, Mon-Fri by a pallet courier using a large rigid lorry which includes a tail lift to offload the tank for KERBSIDE delivery.
